**Position Overview**:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of goods from suppliers to customers. You will work closely with our logistics and procurement teams to coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and maintain vital documentation. This position offers a great opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical experience in logistics, supply chain, and procurement, with excellent prospects for career growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Coordinate Deliveries**: Assist in scheduling and coordinating shipments from suppliers to clients, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- **Inventory Management**: Help manage warehouse inventories, ensuring all items are stored properly and verified before shipment.
- **Document Preparation**: Assist in preparing shipping documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and receipts, as well as handling tender and procurement documents.
- **Procurement Support**: Work closely with the procurement team to gather quotes from suppliers and conduct market research for required supplies.
- **Team Coordination**: Maintain communication with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and logistics operations.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Any internship experience in logistics or procurement will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic computer skills, especially in MS Excel and Word.
- Basic knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or procurement is a plus.

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday: 8.30 am - 6pm
Saturday: 8.30 am - 1pm
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
