**Responsibilities**:

- Upkeep and maintenance of office and hostel.
- Foreign workers permit renewal, medical check-up and hostel management.
- Upkeep and maintenance of company vehicles.
- Liaise with government bodies and local authorities, i.e.. MIDA, MITI, JKKP, DOE, MBJB.
- Procurement for office and hostel items, source for Quotation.
**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
