Responsibilities:
- General Administration:
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely reordering.
- Document Management:
- Prepare, format, and distribute reports, memos, and other documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records, including HR and financial documents.
- Support to Management:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and internal communications.
- HR Support:
- Support recruitment processes, such as posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining HR files.
- Operational Coordination:
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Provide additional support to the management team as needed including helping MD to book air tickets, arrange hotel accommodation and appointment scheduling.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **Diploma** in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping is a plus.
- Familiarity with document management systems and office software, SQL Account and Google Workspace
