HR & Admin Assistant

Assist on Human Resource function including attendance, leave, overtime records in ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Establish/update and maintain employee database and records to ensure the data in the system is up-to-date
- Maintaining the department’s filing system
- In-charge of foreign workers matters pertaining to their employment pass and renewal work permits.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum a Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Admin or equivalent.
- Preferred with minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia and ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of current Employment Law and practices.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
