**Key Job Duties**:
1. To handle on full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs and statutory payments i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF etc. in compliance with all statutory requirements.

3. To liaise with government agencies i.e. EPF, SOSCO, PCB and immigration department for any related matters.

4. Prepare HR related letters and correspondences and maintain systematic records and filing for the department and to ensure safe custody of the files & records.

5. Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance records. Keeping track of employees’ attendance/punctuality.

6. To assist in daily office administration matters such as groceries and stationary management and control, company licences renewal, and etc.

7. To liaise with external service provider such as air-conditioner & photo-state machine maintenance, pest control, and etc.

8. To conduct yearly training needs analysis and proposing training plan to the Management.

9. To conduct pre & post training survey and update staff training records.

11. To manage and handling of employee performance appraisal process

12. To handle for company events such as annual dinner, team building and etc.

**Job Requirement**:
1. Minimum a Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Admin or equivalent.

2. Preferred with minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
