We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive cum Content Creator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and meet monthly sales KPIs.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content using Canva for paid ads optimization and social media platforms, including TikTok.
- Produce captivating TikTok videos that align with our brand's image and resonate with our target audience.
- Utilize AI tools to generate innovative marketing ideas and compelling copy for various campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize conversions and ROI.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all channels.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Proficient in using Canva or TikTok for image and video editing.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and their role in driving brand awareness and sales.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Possess own transport for occasional travel to other relevant locations.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
