**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a talented **Marketing Executive cum Content Creator** to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms, create engaging content, and assist in executing marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice and driving audience engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, XiaoHongShu, Facebook, etc.) for Perky Lash.
- Write compelling captions, visuals, and copy aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and competitor activity to optimize content strategies.
- Take part in photoshoots, video shoots, and editing content for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Support brand storytelling and community engagement efforts.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Strong visual and creative sense; ability to produce high-quality content.
- Excellent copywriting skills in English and Chinese.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, trends, and platforms.
- Basic photography and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for beauty and lifestyle industries is a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
