We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and grow our customer base. The role involves identifying new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions..
- Stay updated on the latest payment solutions and services offered by the company and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Work closely with the marketing, product development and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in Business studies, Marketing or in any related field.
- Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
- Ability to work independently with minimize supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
