This role will be responsible for coordinating on product updates and design projects, managing through defined processes, and procedures to achieve operational targets and service standards key to business delivery.

Working closely with the SEA Product Manager, Global PM, and SEA marketing/sales colleagues, you will have a regional and global perspective when supporting markets in driving business. This position will be based in Arla Foods SEA regional office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

**In overview, your primary tasks will be to**:
Product and Packaging Coordination
- Work in partnership with stakeholders to deliver projects and changes according to agreed requirements and timelines
- Provide product knowledge/expertise to colleagues across the business
- Proactively collect and use knowledge on products and packaging - Ad hoc participation in projects
- Handle requests from relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate towards Global PM, Commercial, Sales and Agencies
- Create tasks (new SKU’s and Changes of existing)
- Proof-read artworks

Product and Packaging Masterdata
- Be accountable for Local Product Master Data (product, packaging, pictures, nutritional data, sustainability data) in local systems
- Be responsible for supplying/fill in documentation to customer

**Your educational background / experience / skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing or equivalent.
- 0-3 years of experience
- Alternatively a solid, all-round office experience working within product management or in a coordinator role
- Knows how to work on Adobe Illustrator - required
- Strong coordination skills
- Attention to detail
- Collaborative and global mindset
