Molding & Tooling Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- To Operate injection moulding machine for preparing color plate & test specimen
- To develop and maintain injection moulding preventive maintenance program in order to reduce reliability issues
- To conduct tooling servicing as required
- To review mould drawings and participate in new tooling trial runs, providing technical expertise and support to ensure successful implementation of new mould.
- Liaise with maintenance team in case of injection moulding. Mold temperature controller malfunction
- To provide technical training to enhance subordinates’ competency
- To ensure good housekeeping in injection room
- Any other responsibilities as and when assign by your superior due to changes in organization or business direction

**Requirement**:

- Proven experience and strong knowledge in injection moulding operations
- Familiarity with tooling handling and preventive maintenance
- Minimize injection moulding and tooling issues
- Good communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills

**Experience**:

- injection moulding: 1 year (required)
