We are DXC. **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with business users to identify and confirm system requirements based on functional specifications. - Provide solutions and optimizations to ensure program performance. - Stay updated on developments in various SAP modules and service interruptions. - Develop, maintain, and support SAP ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and conversion programs. - Work with other developers and SAP team to ensure developments meet requirements and performance goals. - Develop common test data and fix defects and performance problems discovered in testing. **Service Management and Continuous Improvements**: - Review and escalate information, incidents, and problems collected by SAP Service Desk team. - Resolve incidents and problems, escalating as necessary. - Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and maintain knowledge of business processes and SAP modules. - Perform regular reviews and analysis of Problem Management data. **Education and Experience Required**: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Recognized Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields. - 2 or more years of related working experience in SAP Support environment and/or SAP project implementation. - Knowledge in SAP ABAP programming and S/4 HANA ABAP Programming. - Knowledge in SAP (FI/Co, BPC, HR, ESS/MSS, SD, MM, PM, PP, and WM). - Good personal computer and business solutions software skills. - Strong communication and organizational skills. **Our Culture and Benefits** At DXC, we are driven by a shared commitment to creating a brighter future for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
