We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to enhance our team’s efficiency. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure a seamless sales process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process sales quotations through Salesforce.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, including vendor registration and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., finance and sales) to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee administrative tasks on sales-related platforms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales activities.
- Handle client inquiries via calls and other communication channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience in a sales support, sales coordination, or administrative role.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
