We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with strong business acumen and exceptional sales ability to join our channel sales team.
We need a creative individual who will be responsible for the delivery and execution of sales activities.
**What You'll Do**:
As a part of the team, you will:
- Identify and recruit new and competitive value-added channel partners specializing in POS and IT/Computing products with a focus on the small business market.
- Direct and coach partners on successful engagement of business opportunities and manage negotiation helping partners win deals at optimum value,and providing accurate forecast.
- Engage prospective clients with the channel partners
- Conduct Business reviews regularly with partners’ C-levels, partners’ sales leaders and sales rep to provide accurate sales forecast, increase revenue, share of revenue and market share from partner ecosystems
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue within a given territory
- Ensure channel partners are aware of key support programs and tools that enhance their ability to sell and support the small business networking products
- Create and maintain territory opportunity pipeline
- Gather data, information, and intelligence about each reseller
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the targeted delivery of sales material, driving the relevant knowledge consumption for our key stakeholders.
**Skills Required**:
- With IT channel sales experience
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude & fast learner
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 years outside/ partner/channel sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B & B2C sales experience
- Proven performance track record in meeting sales quotas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and training skills
- Sound time management and organization skills
- Small business market technology product knowledge
- Experience with IT channel sales.
- Well aware of the market and Malaysia partners, resellers, Disti's, Competitors
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Good training and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Prefer technical Pre/ Post Sales experience
