Filter and issue SPDC billing to all ASC. - Send repair claims to ASC, follow up for invoices and key them into ACCPAC. - Check daily receipts receive from counter. - Key in AP invoices for ASC billing into the system. - Key in AP contractor invoices into the system. - Send SOA / invoices to customers. - Key in daily AP invoices into the system. - Update payment vouchers and conduct filing. - Check and reconcile credit card charges. - Attend to any ad hoc tasks when required. Requirements - Fresh graduates are welcome. - Relevant experience is an advantage. - Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office. - Willingness to work in the office two (2) days per week.
