**Job Summary**:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the operations of car park site including but not limited to the following:
- 1. To collect payment from guests (Cash/E-Wallet/Debit/Credit Card).

2. To replenish tickets or receipts in the ticket dispenser and APS as well as sorting used ticket for safekeeping.

3. To regularly do car park rounds to ensure car park area, traffic and equipment’s in good working condition.

4. To monitor CCTV system in the car park office and to alert Car Park Manager or Supervisor on any issues captured in the CCTVs.

5. Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.

6. To attend calls from intercom.

7. Organize and file paperwork's on daily transactions.

8. To troubleshoot basic breakdown of car park system.

9. To inform and alert the Car Park Manager or Supervisor on any breakdown or operational issues.

10. To always ensure good and acceptable personal appearance including presentable uniform and grooming.

11. To perform all other tasks as required by the Car Park Manager or Supervisor as well as to adhere to all company’s regulations and policies.
- **Required Skills/Abilities**:_
- Malaysian citizen.
- Able to work on shift 6 days a week including weekend and public holiday.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skill.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Basic IT skills with proficient on Microsoft Office or related software for daily operation needs and to prepare logs and reports.
- Able to speak & understand basic English.
- Neat appearance.
- Does not have any criminal or drug abusing record.
- **Education and Experience**:_
- SPM or equivalent required.
- Prior experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
