**Responsibilities**:
We want to welcome someone through the Finance Rotation Program to learn about Tax and Transfer Pricing. This analyst will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of global transfer pricing work and will support special projects designed to drive strategic value within Global Tax. Job Responsibilities:
- Performing industrial, functional, financial and economic analyses involving intercompany transactions
- Developing and completing comprehensive documentation, including proper intercompany contracts and functional/economic analyses, of transfer pricing transactions globally where necessary in order to meet compliance standards in all relevant jurisdictions
- Researching existing and proposed transfer pricing laws and analyzing the impact to the intercompany transactions among Intel's legal entities
- Supporting managers to develop the proper TP policy for any new intercompany service, including acquisitions. Implement TP policy by partnering with relevant business partners
- Assist in conducting functional analyses by interviewing senior Intel employees in various BUs and preparing detailed write-ups that summarize the findings of the interviews and accurately describe the BU's operations
- Assisting in special projects in connection with Intel's worldwide sales and marketing, and Technology Manufacturing entities which drive strategic value to global tax functions
- Reviewing, analyzing and assessing financial results and executing any necessary adjustments
- Preparing for and engaging in transfer pricing audits
- Supporting any new or ongoing APAs through analysis, data retrieval, research, and assistance in responding to information/document requests

**Qualifications**
- Solid accounting knowledge and strong financial, analytical skills
- Professional English writing skills
- Good understanding of all aspects of Intel's business and operations
- Ability to learn quickly, highly motivated to gain technical transfer pricing and tax expertise
- Prior knowledge or experience in transfer pricing and tax a plus

**Other Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong influence skill in partnering with business stakeholders

**Education/Experience**
- CPA, CFA or other professional certifications are a plus
- Experience in big 4 accounting firms and similar consulting firms is a big plus
