Food Preparation & Cooking
- Assist in basic food preparation including cutting, chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
- Prepare mise en place for daily operations as instructed by Assistant Chef or Head Chef.
- Assist in the cooking process such as grilling, sauteing, boiling, steaming, and frying under supervision.
- Support plating and presentation of dishes to ensure consistency and quality.

Kitchen Operations
- Follow standard recipes and instructions provided by seniors chefs.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
- Adhere to portion control and minimize food wastage.

Hygiene & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and kitchen areas.
- Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety guidelines (HACCP standards).
- Store food items properly, ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) system is practiced.
- Label and date all food items correctly.

Teamwork & Support
- Assist Chef de Partie and other kitchen team members during busy service periods.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
- Participate in training to develop cooking techniques and culinary knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Chef or Head Chef.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
