Job Responsibilities:

- It is a customer service role **base in a concierge** in an office building
- The Customer Service will act as a point of communication on **tenant’s feedback and incoming complain**, building issues. Follow up by filling in the incident report and submit to relevant parties
- Responsible in **manning concierge**, attend to visitor enquiries /incoming calls and building access card registration.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the concierge area at all time
- Weekly and monthly reporting submission as required by team leader
- Administrative duties as and when required

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 to 3 years working experience in similar capacity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and well groom
- Comfortable to work across with others department and visitor/tenant.
- **Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm, Saturday: 9am-1pm**:

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
