Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. Â- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain product based on customer needs and desires. Â- Describe merchandise and explain use operation, and care of product to customers. Â- Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer's reference. Â- Demonstrate use or operation of product. Â- Help customers try on to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase. Â- Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of product and delivery options. Â- Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company's products.
