**Key Responsibilities**

**Shopee Account Management**
- Oversee the daily operations of the Shopee store to ensure it stays active, updated, and aligned with current campaigns and market trends.
- Manage store settings, schedule automated promotions, and activate vouchers or discounts in line with sales objectives.

**Customer Service (Shopee Chat)**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Shopee Chat.
- Provide accurate product information, promotion details, and buying assistance to drive conversions.
- Ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience for all customers.

**Product & Stock Management (Shopee & Website)**
- Upload and maintain up-to-date product listings, including pricing, stock availability, and high-quality images.
- Continuously monitor and update stock levels to match actual inventory.
- Organize and maintain a clean, user-friendly product catalog layout for both platforms.

**Order Fulfilment**
- Process daily orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure orders are delivered on time and in compliance with Shopee’s policies.
- Resolve issues related to shipping, payments, or returns professionally.

**Campaigns & Promotions (Shopee)**
- Participate in major Shopee campaigns (e.g., 12.12, Payday Sales).
- Plan and implement promotional strategies including flash sales, discount bundles, and seasonal deals.

**Website Sales & Chat**
- Respond to website inquiries and sales leads in a timely, professional manner.
- Track and follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
- Share customer feedback with the marketing team to improve lead generation and outreach strategies.

**Website Order & Catalog Management**
- Manage and fulfill orders made through the website.
- Keep customers informed on order and delivery status.
- Maintain the website’s product catalog to reflect brand standards and ensure accuracy.

**Sales Reporting**
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for both Shopee and the company website.
- Track and summarize data including order count, customer interactions, and sales volume.
- Note: Focus is on data preparation only - no need for strategy or deep analysis._

**Event Support**
- Assist the marketing and sales team during physical events such as exhibitions or product launches.
- Support on-ground sales efforts and manage promotional activities during events.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience managing e-commerce platforms, especially Shopee.
- Familiar with handling website orders and online customer service processes.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
- Able to multitask efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
- Quick to respond, proactive, and customer-centric.
- Comfortable with basic data entry and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willing to participate and support sales activities during company events.
- Strong team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
