**Marketing Creator (Leadership Role)**

**Location**: SS3, Petaling Jaya
**Working Hours**: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**About the Role**

We are looking for a **versatile and dynamic Marketing Creator** who can take on a **leadership role** in driving both online and offline marketing.

This is not just a digital posting role — the person we’re looking for will be responsible for **leading a team, planning campaigns, and executing ideas** that raise awareness, connect with communities, and educate the public.

If you are someone who naturally keeps up with current events, reads the news, and knows how to turn trends into engaging campaigns and creative content, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Campaign Development & Execution**:

- Conceptualize and run creative campaigns to engage the public and strengthen awareness of our mission.
- Drive both **online and offline initiatives**, ensuring they are impactful and well executed.
- **Marketing Leadership**:

- Lead and guide a small marketing team, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of projects.
- Provide creative direction and oversee production of marketing materials (videos, social media content, posters, etc.).
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Manage social media channels and ensure content is engaging, trend-aware, and consistent with our brand.
- Create and schedule posts, videos, and campaigns using tools such as Canva, Jianying, and other editing platforms.
- **Content & Awareness**:

- Translate current issues, news, and social media trends into campaigns that resonate with the public.
- Build content that is fun, educational, and shareable to grow reach and visibility.

**Requirements**:

- At least **2-3 years of marketing experience**, preferably with leadership or campaign management exposure.
- Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns (both online and offline).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
- Creative thinker who can turn ideas into engaging campaigns.
- Keeps up with **news, trends, and social media culture**, and can adapt them into relevant content.
- Proficient in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Jianying, CapCut, or equivalent).
- **Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.**
