**Summary of Duties**

Perform variety of clerical and operational support duties and assists in daily departmental activities. Assist in ensuring operation of the Imaging Counter is running smoothly, schedule patients for diagnostic examinations, perform registration, cashiering, tracing and releasing reports.

**Main Duties**
- Perform registration, inclusive of entering patient details into HIS system.
- Assist in radiological examination order entry into HIS system.
- Collect payment for radiological examination and prepare bill for customer.
- Organise radiological examination, and keep patient informed on the progress or waiting time status.
- Responsible for scheduling patients for diagnostic imaging examinations, dealing with telephone enquiries and appointment booking.
- Maintain patient confidentially.
- Maintain consistent performance with as per TSH guidelines and policies.
- Promote positive interpersonal relationship with team members by discussing situations in a non-threatening way, display sensitivity, compromising as appropriate.
- Sort CD/ films and radiology reports accordingly, hand over CD/ films and reports to patients.
- Dispatch CD/films and reports to wards or clinics when required.
- Obtain / trace previous radiology report or medical record file when requested by Radiologist.
- Perform any other duties as and when may be required from time to time by the Superior or Management.

**Requirement**
- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysian (SPM). Working experience as receptionist.
- Computer literate
- Fairly good command of written and spoken English / Bahasa Malaysia.
