**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages, such as mocktails, juices, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar/beverage area, including glassware, tools, and supplies.
- Restock and replenish beverage inventory and ingredients as needed.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to standard recipes, taste, and presentation guidelines.
- Handle guest orders promptly, courteously, and with attention to detail.
- Operate POS system accurately for orders and payments.
- Support beverage counter setup and closing procedures.
- Work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Comply with halal, health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
**Working Experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment (preferred).
- Experience in mocktail or specialty beverage preparation is an advantage.
- Familiarity with beverage equipment, stock rotation, and service standards.
- Experience in customer service or F&B operations is beneficial.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong knowledge of beverages, mocktails, and barista techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle busy service hours.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and inventory.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
