Kaharo Jewels is a growing gold retailer, known for elegant designs and customer-first service. To support our business expansion, we are hiring energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Paka outlet as **Sales Advisor Cum Live Host**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional and friendly service to walk-in customers purchasing gold jewelry
- Host engaging live selling sessions on TikTok and Facebook to promote new arrivals
- Interact with online viewers, answer inquiries, and build customer relationships
- Confidently present product features, pricing, and promotions
- Work towards outlet sales targets and contribute to overall performance
- Maintain the store in a clean, organized, and visually appealing manner

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Outgoing personality with good communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on camera for livestream sessions
- Willingness to learn about gold jewelry and industry trends
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Kaharo Jewels ialah peruncit emas yang sedang berkembang pesat, terkenal dengan koleksi moden serta layanan mesra pelanggan. Seiring dengan perkembangan syarikat, kami sedang mencari calon untuk mengisi jawatan **Penasihat Jualan & Hos Live** di cawangan Paka.

Tugas & Tanggungjawab
- Memberi khidmat pelanggan mesra dan profesional kepada pembeli emas di kedai
- Mengendalikan sesi jualan secara langsung di TikTok dan Facebook
- Berinteraksi dengan penonton serta menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan secara berkesan
- Menerangkan ciri produk, harga dan promosi dengan yakin
- Menyokong pencapaian sasaran jualan cawangan
- Memastikan kedai sentiasa kemas, tersusun dan menarik

Kriteria Diperlukan
- Minimum SPM atau setaraf
- Graduan baharu digalakkan memohon (latihan akan diberikan)
- Personaliti ceria, yakin dan komunikasi yang baik
- Selesa bercakap di hadapan kamera untuk sesi live
- Minat untuk mempelajari tentang emas dan trend perhiasan semasa
- Bersedia bekerja pada hujung minggu dan cuti umum
- Pengalaman dalam jualan atau hosting live adalah satu kelebihan (gaji boleh dirunding)
