Social Media Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Timely Posting across Platforms Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Foster connections with our audience through active engagement and timely responses.
- Analytics Monitoring: Track and analyze social media performance monthly using insights and analytics tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams for cohesive and effective digital strategies (merchandising team, e-commerce and creative team)
- Ad Content Creation: Assist in conceptualizing content for online content and ads and promotions.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our social media strategy.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake any additional social media-related tasks assigned by the Company.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage with the target audience.
- Promote and manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Carousel, etc
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and tools.
- Showcase creativity in content creation and campaign ideation.
- Proficiency in content creation and graphic design tools.
- Fluent in both Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a dynamic work enviroment.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
