We are looking for Admin Assistant to support our daily Warehouse operation to ensure smooth smooth transits of goods and accurate reporting in our Warehouse Management System.

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Able to do multitasking.
- Data entry for monitoring system.
- Assist in monitoring stock issue/receive physically and in the system.
- Assist in monitoring stock level for the purpose of purchasing.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Assist to check inventory, ordering, receiving, out stock and pack stock.
- Submit timely reports to Management for review.
- Any other tasks that maybe assigned as and when needed.

**Requirements:

- **
- SPM / Cert / Diploma or equivalent
- Familiar with standard office platforms such as Word, Excel and etc
- Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems
- Accurate record keeping
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Supply management and inventory control
- Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others
- Experience with SAP and WMS system is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
