**1 Operations Analyst in EMEA
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Product, Developers and DevOps teams to investigate and resolve reported issues
- Assess production issue risks and impacts, communicating promptly with business and tech teams
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, program or buyer team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to provide exceptional support to end-users
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to learn SQL and Tech Ops tools High integrity, capable of seeing multiple perspectives and resolving issues empathetically and intelligently under pressure
