**JOB SUMMARY**

We are seeking General Practitioners who are keen to move into Hospital Management and to enhance their current medical knowledge at clinics into overall tertiary hospital management.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinating with medical and administrative staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and policies.
- Implementing and managing budgets, resources, and financial planning.
- Developing and implementing organizational-level goals and procedures.
- Managing and supervising medical staff.
- Creating financial reports and budgets.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborating with health boards, stakeholders, medical staff, and investors.
- To undertake other duties and responsibilities as delegated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
