**Qualifications**:
1. Diploma in Mass Communication, medical background or other similar background.
2. Good communication skill
3. Willing to participate in on-the-job training
4. Self-motivated and well-organized.
5. Has ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Demonstrate good judgement, approachable and professional; solid problem-solving skill and ability to handle multiple tasks.

**Essential Function**:

- Picking up calls from clients/ patients regarding ambulance service.
- Provides medical information to ambulance team upon request by patient.
- Conduct evaluation on patient and determine their conditions and needs and communicate to medical team.
- Communicate transportation for sick and disabled persons to and from medical facilities for treatment and rehabilitation
- Coordinate ambulance’s movement for cases.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to ambulance’s operation policy to ensure a high quality and cost-effective pre-hospital care service is delivered.
