**About the job**

As the Operations Executive for IPC Shopping Centres, you will be responsible to support the effective management of Centre daily operations to provide high standards in operational enforcement and hygiene factors, as well as to contribute to the cost efficiency and profitability of the business. Main responsibility for the department is on the administrative support, waste management, recycling & buy-back centre, housekeeping and landscape caretaking

**Job Description**:

- Manage tenant’s correspondence / general communications of the centre / database management.
- Key person of Operations Department attending to customers / tenants’ feedback and complaints, generate general circulation letter, enforcement letter, etc.
- Provide administrative support and coordination to facilitate safety and security training session with tenants and co-workers.
- Manage general amenities and family friendly facilities in the centre such as Family Room, Surau, Playgrounds, Experienced pod and etc.
- Quotation sourcing & negotiations, prepare purchase order, process invoice to Finance for payment.
- To ensure the centre’s cleanliness and hygiene level is upkeep in optimum standard internally and externally in accordance with SOPs and comply with relevant policies and regulations.
- Supervise and manage outsourced vendors and service providers to ensure services delivered are of quality standard and meeting our Centre’s expectations
- Supervise and manage Foodland Operations to secure top hygiene and performance standard; ensure no downtime of the dishwashing services.
- Supervise and manage Recycle Buy Back Centre (RBBC) operated by outsourced vendor.
- Analyse data and supervise the recycling rate to ensure profitability and cost efficiency operations.
- Implement effective and consistent waste sorting control on in managing general wastes from the tenants and Centre to reduce landfill waste.
- To upkeep the Centre’s landscape around the perimeter and internal in good, tidy, and safe condition always.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess at least 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in retail industry
- Possess good communication, listening and written skills.
- Self-motivated and self-directed in taking care of undertaken facilities.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Passionate about personal growth.
- Great attention for details
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good interpersonal skills and able to build good working relationships at all levels
- Proactive, independent, team player, organised, work under pressure and to meet deadline in multi-tasking environment.
