Job Responsibilities:

- Identify different business partner's needs and wants and provide solutions
- Liaise with management and franchisees to coordinate and support outlet development and management
- Maintain quality customer service standards in the retail outlets, provide feedback to the country retail team
- Conduct retail audit reviews
- Implement standardized guidelines and procedures
- Track and monitor adherence and performance
- Provide training to frontline staff
- Support and implement country sales & marketing campaigns and programs
- Setting up and running physical retail outlets
- Ensure outlets have proper processes and procedures in place for day-to-day operations

Job Requirements:

- Posses **at least** a Diploma holder with 4 year of relevant experience in retail sales / management
- At least 2 years of **business development** experience (outlet expansion), specifically in retail or franchising related experience
- Logistics field related experience will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills and has a positive and sales driven attitude
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Melayu & English
- Possess strong management skills and experience (ideally in managing **multiple outlets**)
- Willing to work at Bangsar, PJ, Subang & Damansara region and other outlets
- Travel to different outlets when needed (Transportation allowance will be provided)
- Possess own transport
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
