**Requirements**:

- At least 1 years related working experience in related field
- Experience in monthly payroll processing
- Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
- Strong numerical skills
- Good communication and written in English

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and upkeep of employee records to ensure all information are updated and documented
- Preparing documents with regards to HR issues such as offer letter, performance notice, warning letters, etc
- In charge for employee attendance and leave management.
- Assist in payroll process, maintain payroll records and filing
- Act as the key liaison to support the employees with their enquires related to payroll, HR policies and compensation & benefits.
- Responsible for employees’ misconduct, investigations, disciplinary procedures and termination.
- Plan and monitor monthly/quarterly/annually appraisal through company’s performance evaluation program and implement KPI.
- Preparing documents with regards to HR issues such as offer letter, performance notice, warning letters, etc
- Ability to propose, plan and organize company activities and events
- Drawing up initiatives/ training programs and build up rewards system to ensure retention of talent pool in the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Other HR tasks/ projects assigned from time to time
