Admin Assistant Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Manage incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them as necessary
- Maintain the professional appearance of the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-equipped with essential stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms, brochures and etc)
- Receive, record, sort, and distribute daily mail and delivery efficiently
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment (e.g. stationery, photocopy machine - maintenance and service)
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room scheduling, including preparation of meeting refreshments
- Monitor and record the movement of fixed assets in the database accordingly (e.g. company car - maintenance and service)
- Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
- Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries for management and other departments as required
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Good team work and interpersonal skills with positive work attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
