**Key Responsibilities**: - Comply with safety and health regulations, wearing protective equipment and following standard procedures. - Repair defective moulds and spare parts while ensuring availability of spare mould parts/equipment. - Clean and properly store mould parts after repair and production use. - Maintain and properly store maintenance tools and instruments after use. - Keep the department clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards. - Perform other duties assigned by management as needed. **Requirements**: - Minimum **SPM/SPVM or Technical Certificate** qualification. - **1-2 years of experience** in a similar field. - On-the-job training (OJT) provided. - Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and integrity. - Physically fit to work in a factory environment. - A "can-do" attitude with attention to detail.
