Accounts & Admin Executive (Group Support)

We are a group of small companies managed by the same directors. We are looking for a reliable and well-organised **Accounts & Admin Executive** to support our Group Accountant & Admin Manager in handling daily accounting and administrative tasks across multiple companies.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Accounting Support**
- Handle daily data entry (invoices, bills, credit/debit notes)
- Prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) listings
- Prepare payment vouchers and assist with bank uploads
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents (softcopy & hardcopy)
- Assist in month-end closing preparation
**Administrative & Compliance Support**
- Prepare basic letters
- Maintain statutory and company records (SSM, licenses, permits)
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and government offices for documentation
**Group Coordination**
- Maintain Excel trackers for multiple companies
- Update master lists for deadlines, permits, and company information
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least **1-3 years** working experience in accounts (fresh graduates may apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Able to work with Excel and accounting software
- Good time management and able to meet deadlines
- Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
