Account Admin Assistant

* Assist to maintain good records of all financial documents and ensure account transactions are up-to-date at all times.
- Ensure proper filing of accounts records and documentation
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Assist on general accounting tasks (Eg, Purchase Invoice, Sales Invoice)
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Responsible for general office administration and any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Provide complete management support for the team.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
