Sales and Marketing Support Specialist

Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Create and maintain sales and marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, sales kits, and promotional collateral.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and resources.
- Support the planning and execution of events and activities, including logistics coordination and on-site support.
- Assist in managing customer databases and CRM systems, including data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
- Assist with customer inquiries, requests, and follow-ups to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies and plans.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Marketing: 1 year (required)

**Language**:
