Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing training on product use, and handling customer service enquiries. Additional tasks include managing sales operations and contributing to overall sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Capability in training and supporting customers
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in the petrochemical or industrial sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is desirable
