Landscaping Executive

Must have ability to plan, direct and supervise staffs.
- Must be a self-starter willing to work with mínimal supervision.
- Through understanding of the theory, philosophy, principles, practices and objectives of housekeeping & landscape management.
- Initiative, persistence, creativity, and the ability to inspire the best in others.
- Knowledge and ability to plan, organize and supervise housekeeping & landscape operations.
- To provide direction and leadership in guiding supervisors in allocating work and roster duties for personnel and ensure efficient time management to maximize productivity.
- To coordinate with other departments in performing work requirements as and when required (i.e., Facilities,Car Park, Security and etc.)
- To ensure cleanliness of the resort is in satisfying condition to management standards
- To ensure legal compliance of all job requirements and related status
- To ensure supervision, discipline and work ethics over all housekeeping personnel and formulate
- To undertake other duties relating to the unit’s functions and objectives as may be directed by the superior
- Any other duties that may be given by superior from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,054.58 - RM4,172.24 per month

- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
