We are looking for a talented **Drafter** to support our continued expansion in Malaysia. This role is ideal for **fresh graduates** seeking valuable hands-on experience in architectural and interior design, especially within the F&B industry. As a Drafter at Kenangan Coffee, you will play a key role in bringing our coffee shop concepts to life, working closely with our project and design teams to create precise technical drawings and layouts for new store openings.

**Contract Duration**:
3 to 6 months (Contract-based position, with potential for future opportunities)
- Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality technical drawings.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to F&B design and drafting needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed technical drawings for store layouts, including **floor plans, elevations, sections, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)** designs, ensuring precision and adherence to design standards.
- Assist the design team in translating conceptual designs into comprehensive construction documents.
- Collaborate with the **merchandising, branding, and project teams** to ensure that technical details align with product displays, fixtures, and overall store aesthetics.
- Coordinate with the **construction team** to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of designs, considering construction timelines and budgets.
- Review and update drawings as required during the construction process, ensuring any changes are incorporated into the final documents.
- Conduct site surveys to collect data and measurements needed for accurate technical drawings.
- Ensure that all design documents are organized and available for project managers and construction teams.

Pay: RM1,236.81 - RM4,427.53 per month
