Senior Drafter Structural.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Produce accurate and detailed 2D drawings for civil and structural engineering projects based on engineers' design.
  2. Coordinate with engineers to resolve discrepancies, incorporate feedback, and revise drawings as needed.
  3. Ensure drawing accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  4. Maintain and updating project documentation, including drawing registers and revisions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Structural Draughtsperson. (up to 8 years' experience considered)
  3. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
  4. Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  5. Able to read and understand structural detailing (RC, steel structure etc).
  6. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate, high-quality technical drawings.
  7. Willing to work overtime when project deadlines require.
