**ABOUT THE ROLE**

A quality control inspector is responsible for monitoring the quality of incoming and outgoing products for manufacturing companies.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create and maintain quality related documents.
- Ensure equipment is calibrated, validated and maintained properly and ensure safety during operation of equipment.
- Stratify quality data into approved formats to support team problem solving.
- Update respective assigned tracking record.
- Performs product inspection to ensure product quality met at the appropriate stage of production.
- Carries out routine product inspection and ensure timely and accurate inspection record maintained.
- Complies with working rules and procedures.
- Keep work area neat and tidy.
- Follow instructions of the Quality Supervisor when working
- Reports any equipment or product abnormalities to the Quality Supervisor
- Ensure all work done accordingly.
- Monitor and inspect production line.
- To perform and compile daily QC report and any job task assign by superior time to time.
- To carry necessary QC initiative and implementation in order to maintain and improve quality standard of products.
- Compulsory to attend for rework part at PTP.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess at least SPM & Any Technical Certificate
- Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing related company or in metal-sheet product
- Able to understand technical documents and manual.
- Able to use specialized QC tools and machinery.
- Knowledge of math calculation and computer skills for measuring, calibrating and calculating specifications
- **‘’MUST’’** Good physical and health condition
- Self-driven, proactive and independent
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- ** Preferably to Men for this position because need to involve with many heavy parts.**

- Full-time
- 08:00AM - 18:00PM
- Taman Teknologi Johor, Senai Johor Malaysia
- **Must have valid Malaysia driving license and own transportation**
