**Responsibilities**:

- Perform accounting works such as data entry, document processing and record keeping etc.
- Assist the daily accounting activities required to ensure timely and accurate reporting of management accounts in compliance with Company approved policies.
- To ensure sales report / purchase invoices attached with all supporting documents according Company’s policy and procedure.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Perform data entry such as Issue invoices, official receipt and payment voucher using UBS software.
- Enter all transactions correctly and accurately into the system.
- Assist in full set of accounts, month end and year end closing.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management / Superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proactive and initiative-driven, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Volunteer

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
