Admin Tasks;

  • Handling general office administration, including managing phone calls and emails.
  • Performing data entry and photocopying.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for financial and other documents.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mails.
  • Support other staff members with their task.
  • Maintaining office supplies, equipment and other administrative tasks.
  • Able to travel for errands such as banking, post office, Ext.
  • Able to multitask with jobs given.

Financial Tasks;

  • Record and update financial transactions.
  • Assist and Prepare and issue invoice, receipts, cheques and debit/credit notes.
  • Assist and Manage accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivables (A/R) records.
  • Assist and Managing Petty Cash records.
  • Assist with preparing financial reports and supporting month-end closing.
  • Assist with audits and tax filings.
  • Able to assist and manage any other Accounting tasks.

Other tasks.

  • Assist in managing staff attendance record.

Skills;

  • Strong organization skills for managing files and records.
  • Knowledgeable in E- Invoicing.
  • Have strong knowledges of Administrative task.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of any accounting software's.
  • Strong organizational and time management skill.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
  • Able to work multitask and work independently.

Qualification;

  • Typically require a diploma in/or any related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience is often required
