REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and experience:
- At least SPM or Diploma or related field.
-Preferably 1 year of relevant experience, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
-Basic understanding of accounting principles and HR practices.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Meticulous, accurate and attention to detail.
-Experience with payroll system will be an added advantage.
Account Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payments to vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Initiate bank payment and prepare payment voucher for approval
- Tracking on outstanding payments and invoices
- Follow up on any outstanding documents such as invoices and receipts
- Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry
HR Responsibilities:
- Process employee salaries and calculate benefits and deductions
- Ensure accurate payroll documentation and timely salary distribution
- Manage statutory benefits and deductions such as taxes, insurance, and provident funds
- Administer employee leave requests (sick leave, vacation, public holidays) and maintain accurate leave records
- Ensure that leave policies are followed and communicate with employees about leave balances
- Have knowledge in handlings foreigner worker permit
