HR Admin Assistant

Monday - Friday & Saturday half day (Alternate)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for payroll administration and ensure accurate payroll execution on a timely basis.
- Ensure all payroll transactions, documentation, and filing systems are properly maintained and executed.
- Update and maintain staff records including leave, attendance, payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Handle all matters related to foreign workers and expatriates, including application, renewal, permit, insurance, and compliance with relevant authorities.
- Liaise with government departments, agents, and service providers regarding employment and permit matters.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resource section in daily operations and assist in HR-related documentation.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
- Willing to travel when required.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Self-motivated, flexible, responsible, diligent, and able to multi-task.
- Must be able to read and write in Mandarin (for internal communication and document handling).
- Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
- Candidates aged between 23 to 35 are preferred.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, communication software).
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks.
