  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Manage day-to-day inventory operations including receiving, transfer and invoicing goods
  • To liaise with warehouse the variance, reconcile inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
  • To liaise with warehouse, conduct cycle count and yearly stock count
  • Handle invoicing department and provide monthly sales report
  • To handle and filing SST return, exemption under sales tax.
  • To handle e-invoicing for Sales/CN/DN
  • Handle full set of payroll administration / HR system and Personnel Files
  • Liaise with government bodies on all statutory requirements
  • To assist in recruitment, new employee on-boarding/ induction programs and other staff activities
  • To manage foreign workers and immigration matters such as quota application, renewal, FOMEMA check-up, passport and etc.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Accounting or relevant field.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skill with ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Good working attitude and strong responsibility.
  • Able to communicate in Cantonese/Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Balakong, Selangor.
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience, candidate with experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
