What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
  • Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
  • Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the wider finance team to ensure efficient and effective accounting processes

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably within project or construction industry
  • Proficient in using accounting software, ie UBS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
