Job Description

Sales Executive (HORECA & Export)

The Sales Executive (HORECA & Export) is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding Signature Market's presence in both the Hotel, Restaurant, and Café (HORECA) sector and international export markets. This role requires a proactive, fast-learning, and results-driven individual with a genuine passion for health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across HORECA and export channels.
  2. Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts, distributors, and business partners.
  3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities in local and international markets.
  4. Confidently communicate with clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to close deals effectively.
  6. Manage order processing, shipment coordination, and documentation for both local and export sales.
  7. Maintain an updated customer database and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  8. Represent Signature Market at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and build new connections.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, follow-ups, and consistent customer engagement.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and product) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HORECA, FMCG, or export industry.
  3. Strong sales acumen with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Good understanding of export documentation and procedures is an added advantage.
  7. Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.
  8. Passionate about health, wellness, and sustainable living.

Salary Range + Commission : RM2, RM4,000.00
