Sales & Marketing / Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development
- Identify and target potential clients in industries such as construction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new project opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
2. Client Management/ Support
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide professional and excellent customer service by addressing client queries, concerns, and providing product knowledge
- Visit potential and existing clients to present products, conduct demonstrations, and negotiate terms of sales.
3. Product Knowledge and Promotion
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the company's aluminum formwork, including specifications, features, and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and sales pitches to prospective customers, showcasing how the products can meet their needs.
4. Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales records, including customer details, sales activity, and contract negotiations.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the General Manager / Director.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business, Marketing, or any related field
- Preferably 2 to 3 years working experience as a Sales & Marketing / Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role
- Preferably in the construction industry.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with aluminum formwork products or related industries is a plus.
- Possess own transport with valid driver's license and willingness to travel in short notice if required.
